• Final Sale: All submitted orders are considered final and cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Processing time may range from 3 to 30 business days depending on product availability.​

These products are non-returnable.

• Post-Order Cancellation Requests: Any cancellation request after an order has been received will be subject to a 15% fee based on the total transaction amount.

• Chargeback Responsibility: In cases where a chargeback is initiated and resolved in our favor, any related fees will be charged to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Handling Policies

• Free Shipping Exclusions:​

  • Medical Refrigerators and Freezers are excluded and incur separate shipping charges.

By ordering these items, you authorize us to charge your credit card for any associated shipping and handling fees.

• Heavy Equipment and Agricultural Supplies: Shipping for these items will be calculated based on destination. Please contact us before placing your order.

6. International Orders

All international orders must be paid via wire transfer. Cancellation of international orders will incur a 15% cancellation and restocking fee.

7. Return Policy

To ensure the safety and integrity of our medical and products, we do not accept returns on the following items:

8. Additional Fees

• A 3.99% service fee will be added to each order, including shipping costs.

• A $24.99 handling fee applies to any order authorized for free shipping.
